I found this on the Bloomsbury Publishing page....

The publication date is still 2022!

Osprey; they seem to be publishing a lot of rules now.  Not sure which market they are trying to enter with this ‘me-too’ product as we are not told very much.

Well, I know they are working with Brigade Models for pictures and photos of models, so I am assuming it is in the "Aeronef" category of games.
