I have been a long time player of Aeronautica Imperialis, BUT I started around the time ForgeWorld dropped the line and as they were adding flyers o 40K. Therefore, I have made a lot of my own aircraft, scenarios, etc for the game and still play it when I can convince my skumgrod to do so.

In this installment, the Ork forces of Da Deff Islands try to repel the Ammoriss Air PDF from performing a recon mission in their territory over the Green Zone.

Hopefully, I will get a few more games in before the end of the year.

Very cool! I like the background setting and all the thought you've put into fleshing out both sides.
I think I've mentioned it before, but I got into tabletop wargaming after AI had largely died out. I was able to play one game at Adepticon in 2016 and I really enjoyed it.
Please let us know how the rest of the campaign proceeds!

It is using a lot of different systems besides just Aeronautic Imperialis.
There have been other game splayed, but they were ground based games at this point. I have used Strange Aeons and Rampant Stars for games in this campaign. More Naval and Air battles to come before the end of the year..... I hope. :)
