I got a blister each of the Konigsburg BCs and Alma FFs for my PE and RoF forces, respectively. I really like how the number of ships in these blisters match the maximum squadron size! Hopefully that trend will continue.
How about the rest of you?

I'm on my way to the GV this afternoon to pick up some special order items... and I'll probably browse the DW section and pick up some more French ships. They're having a post-Christmas sale, so I'm getting all of my Christmas goodies AFTER the actual day!
Otherwise, I treated myself to some new PDF naval rules, calling it "research" for working on an alternative "house rule" activation system for DW.

Neat! What naval rule sets did you pick up?
-
I picked up "Darn the Torpedoes" which is simple for kids and recommends building paper boats, something I might use at a team gaming event in the library. "Fire as She Bears" which seems to be a standard age-of-sail ruleset so far. I'm most pleased with the "Victory by Any Means" campaign guide for the Napoleonic Wars--it has me thinking about how to do a better DW campaign. Oh, and Timeline 300, which is in beta test and available for free--it's a steampunk game, but the landships actually look like ships, and I particularly like the Martian tripods. http://www.troublemakergames.co.uk/ (http://www.troublemakergames.co.uk/)
And I finally picked up my copy of Storm of Steel today!

A gift from my wife arrived yesterday--she bought for me a Russian naval shirt!

Complete with a tag and washing instructions in Cyrillic!

Maybe it's time to add a 4th fleet to my DW collection.... I certainly like the Russian airships.

Hee hee, very fetching!

My wife learned not to try buying me models, so she is buying me shirts to wear at gaming events!
Today my final holiday gift arrived by post--a T-shirt featuring a Span-Am era illustration of a battleship!

If you're going to wear that, I don't think it's unreasonable for us to expect you to sing the Soviet national anthem whenever you win a game. In Russian.
