I was perusing the discussion boards over at StarshipModeler.com, and came across this company:

Some of their stuff is Battlestar Galactica, and some is obviously heavily influenced by both BSG and Star Trek, but some of their ship designs look (to me) quite unique--especially some of the ships in their "Cold Navy" line. These might do well for civilian ships or marauders/pirates for Firestorm Armada.

The cold navy stuffs are quite nice. I particularly like the variety of small, medium and large ships.
