It's looking like I'll be in town this weekend after all. So there is a good chance I'll be able to make it.
I'll just bring both DW and FA to be safe.

Are there any good places to eat around Collectormania prior to the meeting?

You do have to purchase your SRS separately from their carrier, but they are still part of the same squadron so I don't see any reason they wouldn't count against the 25% maximum,

That definitely makes sense.
Upon a more careful read through it became less hazy.

I played Legions with Greg once. I enjoyed the pre-planned activation. I also think it lends itself nicely to a ground war.
And the additional dice differentiation lends itself nicely to the varied weapon systems you would find on the ground.

Correct me if I'm wrong Greg, but for some reason I remember "morale" being pretty different also.

Welcome, we have a good little group here that enjoys blowing each other up (especially blowing up Greg).  If you want to blow things up (like Greg), you'll definitely fit in.

In his defense, he can't help the way his dice tend to roll.

To your credit, that Chinese ships looks like a great representation of the picture you were referencing. But I agree that a green wash could make it pop.
Also, tremendous work on that object source lighting. Impressed

I'm sure I just missed something in my reading, so I'll ask anyways.
Generally for allies 1/4 of the total MFV is allowed, does this include SRS tokens purchased for an allied model?
Am I correct in saying that the cost of the SRS is not factored into the cost of the model/squadron, but rather a stand alone cost?

Hey everybody. My name is Chris and I'm a native to Colorado. Greg (or landlubber on here) got me checking out the forum and I figured it was time to jump aboard.
I play Dystopian Wars and Firestorm Armada, as well as X-Wing. I've had my eye on a few others recently as well.
I look forward to many great discussions on the board.
