Hey, just found this so moved pictures over from the hobby thread as posted in wrong place. Heres ships that finshed so far from various fleets, i'm bit of a mag pie and like shiny. ^^

I'm a big fan of your Aquan scheme. It's very different from the normal blue and white that you see often. Your color choices work really well.
I also really like your take on the Syndicate. That gold definitely works for them.
Plus I would be remiss if I didn't just say one thing. Pink and purple French! It's interesting that is for sure, but your execution is spot on.

Aquan:
Yeah its darkbrown with null oil wash, gems black, usual metal silver and bronze, the white is two layers of Ash grey. Honestly find its really quick scheme, my main oppenant was aquans until he moved county so kinda just collected/ended up with them.
Syndicate:
Thats acutally two layers of vajello bronze over dark blue undercoat with wash of null oil. Looks gold in the picture.
French:
This fleet was know as "party boats" generally down to the colour scheme, my habit of managing to collide every single game with them and always passing morale checks. ^^

Vallejo bronze over a blue undercoat you say? That's really interesting that it comes out that way. Cool!

Awesome looking assortment of ships you have there! I really like the "stealth" Covenant ships ;).

Yeah its awesome, thought strange really as looks darker than is in the pictures. Um, like the army paints ultramarin blue spray cans for base coat.

Sailion, good stuff there. I saw that CAS over on the Spartan forums, it's a good-looking ship (and a menacing-looking ship, thanks to the darker colors).
I especially like your Directorate. I've got the beginnings of a Directorate fleet myself. I like how you've made it colorful, but still uses "conservative" boardroom-type colors.

Yeah, colours work for me and Directorate honestly my favorite out of the Fsa races. They can be awesome and like space corperations. Um.. with Directorate, no two fleets play the same, because of the vairty of tatics and tool box style layout, what tend to do with my fleet is gravitate to ships that like/do well for me.

There battleship is firm favorite, thought its one of those ships that not that popular with some players. Assualt carrier and gunships just adore, as suits my fleets fluff/story and well play style.
