Post by: Charbe86 on August 14, 2017, 08:52:44 am: What do you guys think? I'm not particularly impressed the the core race expansion boxes, but I think that's mostly because of where my fleet's at right now.

I probably will go more basic on the pledge, but then add a few of the other goodies as add-ons. Since only my Terran fleet is really fleshed out, I'll probably use the expansion boxes as a springboard to start a new fleet or two ;).

I'm not particularly irked at Spartan as I expected delays (as with almost all KS) but I'm simply not paying for Kickstarter 2 when I've not received Kickstarter 1 yet.

I agree with this sentiment. Would like to have seen most if not all of the DW kickstarter backers get their rewards before Spartan launched a second KS campaign.

That being said, I likely wouldn't have backed this one anyway. I just don't play Firestorm enough to justify the expense. But I do wish them success because I know the game has a lot of fans, especially in the MBS community.

I am more concerned about things like medical and repair ships which seem to have a useful campaign role but not one on the table top except in scenarios.
