I will after we get the stuff in and get started. The only bad part is none of my LFGS can get Spartan Games in so I have to order everything online. Who is the best online seller for it.

That will probably be taking place between me and my friend. We both like the idea of games with the ability to play campaigns. Now to try and get more in my area into this game.

Firestorm Armada / Base size for the light frigate

So in Taskforce the frigates come with a really small base. When you port them over to Armada do you still keep them on the small base or put them on the normal size base for a frigate. I'm just asking because I got one of the box sets but not to impressed with the taskforce rules but found the download for putting them i.to Armada.

Ok I'm new to both this game and site. So if I ask a question that is a duh everyone knows that I'm sorry.
I just got a friend into Dystopia wars and we are splitting a two player box, the Bull in a China Shop. He is taking the Chinese and I'm getting the Royal Australia faction. What are a good choice to use for ground forces and air force for them. I looked on spartan to get an idea but I'm not sure besides Kingdom of Britannia.

I enjoy the forum site and the podcast. But having a better setup for pictures would be nice it gives me the incentive to go ahead and actually get my models done. And I enjoy watching bat reps of these games since I only get to play myself rarely.

Thank you guys. I have also just gotten a guy in my group into firestorm and dystopia wars just by telling him it was steam punk ww1. He is buying the bull in a china Shop box set and giving me the royal Australia stuff out of it. So my next question for you guys is what is a good ground force to use with my new Australian navy, I will be posting this question later after I get the stuff in.

I just finished the Ark royal series and listing to episode 8 of the podcast. I know it is a year old but I like how the deal with carriers in space. You should check it out.

Hello all I'm Steamlord78 I hail from the deep Woods of East Texas. I have been playing miniature games since 1994. I found the fun game of firestorm shortly after it came out but have not had the chance to play in a few years. I just found the podcast and I'm in the process of catching up. I have enjoyed the games of firestorm battle fleet Gothic and x-wing as well as attack wing. If anyone lives in the east Texas give me a shout.
