Title: USS Indianapolis, 1/1800 scale, 1944 Camo
Post by: Ruckdog on October 31, 2020, 12:16:07 pm
Just finished up a 1/1800 scale USS Indianapolis (the scale is compatible with Warlord's Victory at Sea and the old Axis & Allies Naval Minis game). The mini is a 3D print from squint181, who sells his stuff on Shapeways but also prints some of the smaller items he's made himself, such as the Indy here.

Great job on the camouflage painting!  The crispness of the lines is very impressive at such a small scale.

Thanks! The print is resin vice filament, and it really does have a nice level of detail on it. I ordered it straight from the designer (instead of going through Shapeways), so it was fairly inexpensive as such things go.
