Interesting. I haven't ever heard of the Conclave if Gamers convention.
So from the way it looks you register for the con and then just show up...weird.

I sent a general email about the registration process.
You buy a pass first (weekend or specific day). Then you can RSVP for a game by adding it to your schedule on their website. You don't pay any event or game fees.
However, you are not guaranteed a spot at the game. There is no way for you to know how many people have signed up and it is up to the game volunteer's discretion to let you play or not...
Very easy to register, but not super cool if you pay $50 for a badge and can't play.
