General

Spartan Games (http://www.spartangames.co.uk): The company that produces the game. The Downloads section has all manner of useful documentation in it.

Element 270 (https://element270.wordpress.com/): An independent blog and pod cast that has some amazingly well put together quick reference PDFs available for download, as well scenarios and some other useful bits.

FYI, looks like there was an updated Dystopian Wars rulebook loaded to the Spartan downloads page, as of 6/2/15.
