I saw this today and thought I would share:

In a lot of ways, wargaming, and especially naval wargaming, are out-growths of attempts by various militaries to train and prepare their staffs for actual combat. I would be interested to see what grows out of this for the civilian sector; some of the work done for these games might wind up on the market in a declassified version.
