Did you email them and ask about it? I'm not sure if they can print at that scale, but it's probably worth asking.
I was able to see the Topside Minis "ships" for the first time at Ruckdog's place a few weeks ago...gotta say, I thought the pictures on their website looked OK, but the actual products really pop. Very crisp pictures, good amount of detail, and the colors are fantastic.
