Tanksgiving 2015

It looks like we're on for Tanksgiving at Gamer's Haven the day after Thanksgiving.  This is normally a 40k event, but Dale and I are looking to bring some DW to the table.  We're planning for another run at the Martians, this time with the Humans taking the fight to the Red Planet.  Since there's obviously no oceans on Mars, this will be all about Land and Air forces.  Skimmers are most definitely allowed!  I'll be bringing the Prussians and letting Dale manage the Martians this time around.

Let us know if you plan to attend so we can scale the points.

Usually 4+ hours for this kind of mega-game. If you're time constrained, I can promise to kill your guys first ;-)

Indeed; well said.

I can't make it, but if anyone needs the models, I can dig out my FSA and RoF land forces starter boxes and loan them out. They're mostly unpainted.

Rockman, come and play for however long you can.  This is going to be a fun, relaxed event. 

For those not familiar, Tanksgiving is traditionally an event where everybody brings their favorite tank or giant robot for a 40k free for all.

I can loan The Dragon, just don't break the whiskers. :) For that matter, I have a Chinese skimmer dreadnaught and two Chinese skimmer bastions that you can use as well.

If you're coming, please post for a head-count.
I'll guess at 5 players for the Earthers right now, 1000pts each. So I'll build a 5K Martian force, including fortifications (using Rehtozan Planetfall Spires!)

If you need to field more or less than that, post to discuss!

It looks like I'll have to sit this one out after all. I'm on mother-in-law duty.

Yeah I won't be there either, but you can use The Dragon if you'd like and the other Chinese skimmers if you'd like. Just let me know.
