I signed up for this forum because it bothered me that there have been 2577 views of this post (including bots?), without anyone posting the answer.
For any future viewers of this post, War Times Journal offers an extensive range of superb miniatures for the Russo-Japanese War, as well as the Spanish-American and First World Wars, in a variety of scales including 1/3000, 1/2400, 1/1800 and 1/1500.
