I never paint models individually. Usually paint them in squadrons or groups of 6-8 depending on the game.
Have model ships, will game.

« on: March 18, 2021, 02:12:07 pm »Initially, I was planning on buying some Dream Pod 9 Mecha from Jovian Chronicles and using those in my game. However, while reviewing Amazon, I ran across a set of knock-off Gundam, plastic toys. I got 144 or so for $15 USD.

I totally get that but the 'out-there' design elements don't require ships that are unrealistically sized.

« on: January 14, 2021, 10:43:56 am »I presume that's just the house style, trying to meld the less over the top designs of Spartan with the more stylised WWX designs which are a lot squatter and exaggerated.
I don't really mind that they are more complicated designs but by shortening them they make them seem unrealistic. I just can't imagine these ships housing a crew at all
