Title: Colour scheme

I want to try a royal navy colour scheme on my terrans, navy blue with red go faster stripes and white highlights.  When I asked about painting the citadel range of paints was recomended, but not having seen them on models I'd like to double check colour choices.  I'm thinking Macragge blue and Mephiston red, with a nuln oil wash.  My goal is to match the roundel below.

I think your color choices will probably work out fine! One thing to remember, though, is that the Nuln Oil wash will darken the base colors considerably. You may need to go back with the base colors and a lighter blue/red to bring the highlights back up.
