My Fellow Naval Gamers,

It is with great excitement that I present the 12th MBS Forum Newsletter! It is hard to believe that it has been a year since these little newsletters have started. Rest assured, I have no intention of stopping now. As for the forums, the last month has been one of the busiest in a long time! There has been a lot of big news in the naval gaming world recently. One of the biggest announcements was that Spartan Games has secured the licenses to produce miniatures games based on the Halo video game series:

Another new space combat game is on the way, this time set int he Dropzone Commander universe:

Not to be outdone, Fantasy Flight has kept up a stead stream of previews for its upcoming Star Wars capital ship game, Armada:

In the general discussions area, Landlubber has started discussing a project to build a standing modeling station, our book and TV show discussions have heated up, and I posted a thread discussing the upcoming World of Warships video game:

The Dreadfleet game, by Games Workshop, has surfaced once again in the Fantasy forum:

Folks have been busy painting lately, it seems! In The Shipyard, a number of topics have been updated with new projects:
